Following a promotion, Cobalt is seeking a driven Facilities Coordinator to join the team for a prestigious mixed-use estate. You'll benefit from being taken under the tutelage of an industry-leading Facilities Management team, reporting directly into the Estate Director, and form a key part of delivering a first-class FM function across commercial and retail properties.
Key responsibilities will include:

Monitoring activities relating to the site management;

Helping to ensure full compliance with H&S, maintaining records and liaising with contractors where necessary;

Responding to maintenance and technical requests from your customers on the estate;

Researching questions/requests and advising your estate management team where appropriate;

Liaising with key tenant requirements to answer any operational queries that may arise;

Helping with the running of events on the development throughout the year;

Purchase order management;

Assisting with site inspections on occasion.
Our client is looking for an individual with a base of experience within a similar facilities based role, ideally within a real estate related business. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced varied role, demonstrating excellent organisational skills will be crucial, but equally important will be your ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders.
