A Plumber is needed for a highly exciting role in a large public sector in West London. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of plumbing systems in commercial buildings, ensuring that all plumbing components function efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing systems in commercial buildings.
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and malfunctions.
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing fixtures, pipes, valves, and related equipment.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to address building-wide issues and emergencies.
- Respond promptly to service requests and efficiently resolve plumbing problems.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
Skills:
- Plumber qualifications to C&G 6035 (Plumbing), C&G 6189 (Plumbing & Heating) and NVQ Lvl 3 in Plumbing or equivalent.
- Familiarity with, and ability to work to Water Supply Regulations and Control of Legionalla L8 requirements.
