Maintenance Electrician
Build Recruitment are currently looking for an Electrical Engineer for a permanent maintenance position based in Sheffield S10.
The Maintenance Electrician role is a static position within a large property, working 08:00-16:00, Monday to Friday.
You will also provide technical information to specialist contractors as well as providing specialist advice to non-technical site staff.
Responsibilities of the Maintenance Electrician:
- Planned and Reactive building maintenance tasks
- Development and Management of the PPM regime
- Ensuring that all statutory building compliance is upheld
- Providing technical support to the maintenance team, occupants and landlord
About you as the Maintenance Electrician:
- Experienced electrical engineer or technician
- Multi-skilled, commercial bulding maintenance career history
- Recognised electrical qualifications
- Fully knowledgeable in BS7671 Wiring Regulations
- Organised, punctual and reliable
