Role: Multi-Skilled Engineer
Location: Exeter
Salary: £37,100 based on 40hr week + Van & Fuel card
This is a 6 month Fixed Term contract - so you will be paid the equivalent Hourly Rate of a Salary amounting to £37,100
Our Client is a community based, people-first business that manages & maintains communities and places.
They are looking to recruit a Multi-Skilled Engineer on 6 month Fixed Term contract basis to provide Multi-skilled maintenance services to Schools throughout Exeter.
Ideal candidates will have experience maintain, service and repair the below:
- Heating, Hot Water & Cold Water Systems
- Drainage & Sanitary Systems
- Air Handling Plant & Associated Systems
- Electrical Systems (Switchgear, Distribution, Control Systems & Emergency Lighting)
- BMS
- Building Fabric
Skills, Attributes, Qualifications required:
- Relevant trade qualification
- Experience within Maintenance
- Up to date relevant industry knowledge
- Clean Valid Driving License
