We're currently working with an industry leader - looking for an assistant contract manager to cover a PFI contract in Bridlington.

The role of the Assistant Contract Manager:
- Supporting the delivery of Hard and Soft Services across the PFI account.
- Overseeing a range of electrical, mechanical, fabric and building maintenance engineers.
- Managing specialist subcontractors.
- Completing asset condition surveys.
- Project management of lifecycle works.
The Assistant Contract Manager will have:
- Previously experience working within FM
- Excellent IT skills
- Experience managing hard services
