Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor
Are you a qualified Mechanical Engineer, looking for a new Supervisor position?
Build Recruitment are working alongside a large maintenance service provider with an FM contract covering a large property in Isleworth, Greater London, TW7.
Working hours: 08:00AM - 17:00PM , Monday to Friday
Responsibilities of the Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor:
You will be reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, overseeing a large skilled and semi-skilled facilites mechanical team, also covering electrical and fabric disciplines.
About you as the Maintenance Supervisor:
- Experience Supervising a maintenance team in the past, within a large commercial environment
- Mechanical apprenticeship, or technical certificates (NVQ/HND/HNC/BEng/Msc/BSc etc...)
- Time served as a technical engineer within the building maintenance industry
