Job title: AC Engineer
Salary: Permanent - £45,000
Location: Peterborough
An AC / Building Services biased Mobile Engineer is needed to be a key member of the FM mobile team supporting our key Clients around Peterborough and the southeast, delivering Air conditioning / building services for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Reactive and minor life cycle works. Strong resources and great career potential are features of this exciting Mobile AC Engineer role.
Key accountabilities for the Mobile AC Engineer role:
- Ensure all works are delivered in guidance of the legislation and contractual obligations
- Utilise CAFM/PDA technology for real time job updates, and provide detailed/comprehensive reports on works delivered
- Natural communication skills to deliver high levels of customer service at all times, your ability to effectively multi-task, work to tight deadlines and problem solve on the job; whilst always promoting health & safety excellence.
The skills you will need for this Mobile AC Engineer role:
To be successful in this role, you will have the relevant up to date qualifications and have a solid and proven track record of mobile delivery of air conditioning works coupled with a strong building services background and knowledge of legal/statutory compliance is essential for your success in one of our roles.
