We are seeking an experienced Senior Asset Manager to join our team in Glasgow, contributing to the success and sustainability of our clients PFI facilities management contacts

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the entire life cycle of social infrastructure projects across PFI Facilities management
- Develop and implement comprehensive asset management strategies to optimize performance of PFI contracts
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to drive successful project outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in senior asset management roles, specifically within PFI
- Strong knowledge of asset management principles and practices and operational facilities management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant qualifications in asset management or a related field.
