Role: Multi-Skilled Operative
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £30k based on 40hr week + Van, Fuel card, Bonus Scheme and paid Overtime.

Our Client is a key provider of energy, services and regeneration in the UK & Ireland. They deliver flexible, renewable electricity generation and clean, affordable energy supply to businesses of all sizes in the UK.
They are looking to recruit a Multi-Skilled tradesperson to provide Multi-skilled maintenance services to Void Housing properties across Birmingham.
Duties, carrying out Multi-trade tasks in Social Housing environments such as:
- Basic Plumbing
- Basic Carpentry
- Painting & Decorating
Additional to the above you will be required to adhere to all company standards, maintaining all company tools and to liaise effectively between colleagues and counterparts.
Skills, Attributes, Qualifications:
- Previous Trade experience
- Up to date relevant industry
- Clean Valid Driving License
