Build Recruitment are working with an NHS Trust in the southwest to source an interim Cleaning Manager for a 6 month contract: £23.95 - £27.03 per hour.
My client operates an in-house cleaning service comprising circa 300 cleaning and supervisory staff across a medium sized hospital environment. All cleaning services are located and delivered at the main campus (cleaning services are not delivered to any remote sites).
Reporting to the Head of Estates, we are looking for a highly experienced Cleaning Manager to deliver cleaning services to the hospital campus, ensuring high quality and timely delivery of service to all areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining cleaning standards using the recognised quality control procedures.
- Carrying out and completing cleaning audits on a monthly basis when required.
- Recording the findings and filing appropriately.
- Maintain and complete all administrative tasks including stock control/adequate levels and monitoring of all paperwork where necessary.
- Health and Safety matters, infection control and COSHH
Applicants must have direct experience of delivering cleaning services, new cleaning standards, e-rostering, staffing and budget management.
