Our client is an exciting growing company based in the heart of London who are seeking a Sales Manager to join their awesome team! They are known for providing design-led and unbranded office space with over 35 fantastic buildings already and many more in the pipeline.
About the role:
As a Commercial Manager you will maximise the profitability of the workplace by increasing sales and revenue, identify new opportunities and reduce costs. The suitable candidate is passionate about networking and likes to get out there and win new business!
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales- Increase group occupancy and budget
- Manage social media channels and roll out marketing campaigns
- Customer service & client management
- Strive to achieve budgets and forecasts set by Company
- Constantly strive for a quality operation of your Workplace
- Accounting
