FM Account Manager (maternity cover contract)
Leicester
£40k - £50k
Looking for a new FM position with a quick start? Love the hustle and bustle of the hospitality sector?
This FM Account Manager role is your cup of tea!
Supported by a strong facilities and supply chain team you'll be looking after all hard and soft services for a restaurant account with around 250 sites across the UK. There'll be lots of interesting projects for you to flex your commercial and supplier management skills on, all whilst making sure the client thinks you're the best thing since garlic bread!
Whilst this is a maternity cover contract this company is known for finding good people like you permanent role so it could be your foot in the door for a successful career move.
This is a hybrid role with you being based with the rest of the team in the Leicester HQ 2-3 times a week.
If you're an experienced Facilities Manager or FM Account Manager we'd love to hear from you!
A H&S qualification (IOSH, NEBOSH etc.) would be the icing on the cake but not essential.
You'll be joining a growing FM business. This isn't one of the industry behemoths like ISS or Mitie or a one-man band. That sweet spot means their support for you is going to be more personal but you still get a decent benefits package. Package
£40k - £50k basic salary
