Head of Technical Services (6 month contract)
Wembley
£500 - £600 per day (inside IR35)
Interesting contract heading up a large-scale fabric retrofit project across North London social housing stock.
This is one to really get your teeth into!
Our client has secured funding to upgrade fabric works across thousands of homes across over the next 6 months. Lots of moving parts on this one but you'll be supported by an experienced planned works team and surveyors who can get you up to speed quickly.
Alongside the project you'll also manage business as usual planned works.
