Workplace Project Manager, Outside IR35, 6 Months initial contract, Hybrid role (2-3 days onsite in Cheltenham)
Contract role for a proficient Project Manager in workplace and real estate change, to join a fast-growing organisation. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for independently managing several complex and time-sensitive projects from inception to completion.
This will require demonstrable capability in corporate real estate and office relocations, involving stakeholder management and impact analysis of current employees in the building.
Key requirements:
- At least 5 years of industry experience with consultant or contractor firms
- SC Cleared - this is imperative
- Educational qualifications in the field of quantity surveying/building/project & construction management/engineering/architecture.
