£250 - £300 per day (3 days per week)

If you've been that person who has managed to "consciously uncouple" without threatening to throw your ex's favourite shoes in a pond you're going to love this Facilities Manager role!
We're looking for someone to manage the last 6 months of an outsourced FM contract from the supplier side. Lots of negotiating with the client, ensuring all the subcontractors' performance is managed to the end and preparing the site and tenants for an anticipated handover.
To be able to hit the ground running you will need to come from a commercial facilities management background. If you have any experience managing the end of a contract that would be a bonus but not a necessity.
Obviously (given the circumstances) stakeholder management and client relationship skills are going to be front and centre so to enjoy yourself on this contract that needs to be something you feel confident in.
This contract would be ideal for an FM Consultant who is currently working with a number of clients as you'll be working roughly 3 days per week.
