The Role: General Manager
Salary: £30K - £32K + company equity

About the role:
Our client are strong believers in all things community and that’s why they are on the lookout of an enthusiastic, hardworking individual to join their team as a General Manager. There number one mission is to empower millions of people to work near what works best for them!
Key factors around this role is you will play an active part in developing two historic buildings into centres for community, work, public events and education. This role is for someone who is looking to make it their own whilst building that perfect team around you!

The suitable candidate:
- Creating a vibrant and engaging community home for members and non-members of our client.
- Proactive community outreach – Do you like networking? Getting out there and shouting about something you are 100% passionate about?
- You thrive in fast paced environments and enjoy wearing multiple hats at the same time.
- An individual who has a passion for helping others and goes above and beyond ensuring tasks are completed.
- Sales or hospitality experience is desirable
