The Role: Chief Operating Officer
Sector: FM / Commercial Property Maintenance
Location: Nationwide –
Salary: £180,000 to £200,000 pa + Package
My client is exceptionally successful in their field and it is no wonder given the amazing team, phenomenal ethos, incredible service standards and level of ambition. They have seen their business double in size in the last 2 years and they are set to continue! With over 20 years behind them, they are in a very strong position and we are looking for an Exceptional Chief Operating Officer to join them.
This is a Board level role and will require significant experience in sectors related to Property Maintenance, Facilities Management or Construction.

This Chief Operating Officer role is a seat at the top table with a group of passionate and intelligent individuals who genuinely care about the communities they operate within.
The main objective is to direct and control all group operations in accordance with the strategy and business plans agreed by the Chief Executive and Board to ensure that organisational goals and objectives are met.
This is a broad reaching role requiring excellent judgement, integrity and commercial acumen.
