Location: Norwich
My client is a large National Provider of Facilities Management services to both Private and Public sector clients. We are now on the hunt for an immediate start Transformation Lead to drive change on a PFI contract in Norwich. The interim contract would run for 6 months initially and will be instrumental in dealing with senior stakeholders and fortifying relationships.
The PFI contract covers all services, Hard FM, Soft FM, Porterage, Technical, Waste etc. to a large site with a discerning client. We are seeking a leadership candidate with gravitas, excellent commercial acumen and the proven ability to get change initiatives over the line.
A robust and calm approach to problem solving and the ability to highlight positive accomplishments will be key to success in this role. Alongside that we need the Transformation Lead to show resilience and diplomacy. The on-site team is made up of 700 hardworking individuals and covers all disciplines and levels. The role will report directly to the Sector Managing Director.
*Due to the location and urgency of the role, the client is able to support with accommodation for the right candidate over the period of the contract.
This role will absolutely require the incoming Transformation to be present and client facing, it cannot be carried out remotely.*
