Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer
Mayfair, W1G 0NB
Monday - Friday, 07:00-16:00/08:00-17:00/10:00-19:00 shifts
£40,000-£41,000 per year + overtime
One of our largest clients are looking for a new client side, multiskilled maintenance engineer to be based out of one of their newest, flagship office sites in the Mayfair area.
This office boasts a newly furbished/fitted space with subsidised/free food on site, a gym on site, bike storage and much more!
The successful Multiskilled Engineer will be responsible for all reactive and pre planned maintenance on site and integrate in to a team of 4 engineers. They will ideally have previous experience with various fault finding and repairs, as well as good knowledge of writing reports and dealing with paperwork.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide a reactive and proactive maintenance service
- Provide a multi-skilled maintenance service, which covers mechanical and electrical disciplines
- Provide a service that ensures all mechanical and electrical equipment is running to optimum performance
- Provide a service that ensures all key performance indicators are met
- Carry out modifications and installations when required
- Liaise with sub-contractors and external suppliers
- Take ownership of tools and equipment provided and ensure they are maintained to an appropriate standard
- Liaise with client/management
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum NVQ/City and Guilds level 3 qualification in relevant engineering maintenance (electrical or mechanical)
- Previous maintenance experience in a commercial environment
- Be flexible towards work & carry out duties that may not be specific to your trade
- Have at least 2 years associated trade experience post apprenticeship.
