Static Shift Electrician
Liverpool
4 on 4 off – 6am – 6pm / 10am – 10pm
Our client is looking to recruit a Electrical Engineer who will form part of the site-based engineering team for the M&E Services Contract at a prestigious large retail outlet in Liverpool
Roles & Responsibilities of Shift Electrical Engineer:
The role encompasses, but is not limited to the following:
- Routine PPM visits & reactive repairs (when required) to mechanical services plant (Air Handling Units, Pressurisation Units, Cold Water Booster Sets, Pumps, Supply / Extract Fans etc).
- Electrical PPM'S & Reactive calls
- Carrying out plumbing duties.
- Weekly sprinkler bell testing.
- Plant status checks.
- Plant room cleaning.
- Accompanying sub-contractors around site for PPM/reactive works, when instructed to do so.
- Operate a PDA/tablet/mobile device in conjunction with the company's CAFM system ensuring all tasks are completed timeously.
Qualifications or Required Experience of Shift Electrical Enginer:
- Experience operating in the private FM sector.
- Excellent customer communication skills.
- Self-starter, able to work on own initiative as a conscientious team player.
- Organised communicator with strong inter-personal skills.
- High level of verbal, written and numeric skills.
- Recognised electrical apprenticeship
- 18th Edition
- 2391 Inspection and Testing
- JIB Gold Card
The Offer of Shift Electrical Enginer:-
- £35K-£37K (dependent on experience)
