Working Monday to Thursday 7:30am - 16:30pm
Friday 7:30am - 13:30pm
Our prestigious client is the global leader in commercial real estate services and investments with 500 offices in 100+ countries. They are on the lookout for a Logistics Operative to work part of one team to provide the daily delivery of various soft services duties such as: -
- Stores Logistics
- Lift and Shift
- Postal Services
- Waste Management
- To meet all agreed customer service levels and agreed targets
Key Responsibilities will include: -
- Carrying out various daily tasks to ensure the weekly planned schedules meets the agreed service levels and due dates
- Ensure any safety issues are reported to the soft service supervisor
- Ensure a timely response to any service shortfalls identified by the soft service supervisor
- Carry out additional requests as instructed by the soft services supervisor
- Comply with all statutory Regulations and good working practices
- Ensure all employee responsibilities in the Code of Conduct and RISE values are complied with
- Undertake any additional reasonable requests made by the Site Management Team
- Follow safe System of work with the aim of preventing injury to personnel and damage to property
- Identify and refine job processes to accommodate changes and to make the process more efficient
Required Qualification and experience: -
- Full UK Driving License
- Able to pass strict security vetting
- Good Knowledge of safe working practices
- Methodical and Meticulous approach to work
- Computer Literate - with basic maths and English skills required
Desirable for the role
- FLT License
- Previous Safety training
- Previous experience in stores / Logistics / Waste management would be an advantage
