Build Recruitment are working with an Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) client to make the key appointment of Estates and Property Manager for London and Home Counties: £100k - £125k + benefits to include an expensed apartment in a multi-million-pound mansion.
Overseeing a £15m / £20m Mansion in central London as well as a £45m residential complex consisting of 2 Luxury Mansions and 1 Super Mansion based in the home counties, the Estates and Property Manager will have responsibilities varying from management of Estates and Household staff to overseeing / managing estates and multi-million-pound luxury renovations.
The Estates and Property Manager will also be responsible for overseeing all household matters including but not limited to; technology, engineering and maintenance contracts, construction projects, pool/spa maintenance, art and antiques, and grounds maintenance/landscaping. This would also include preparing and executing budgets for household and renovation expenses.

About you:
Previous experience in a Property and Estate management role, working directly for a high-net-worth private household, is essential.
Possessing exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals from a range of backgrounds.
Experience of multi-million-pound luxury renovations would be advantageous.
Excellent organisational skills and able to demonstrate a high level of IT literacy.
Strong sense of discretion, appreciating the confidentiality of the work.
Ability to work autonomously when required, whilst still possessing strong teamwork skills.
Valid UK driving license.
DBS or willingness to obtain a DBS check.
