Reception Manager - Swindon

£32,000.00 per year + bonus'

Swindon - SN4

Set in a beautiful scene on the edge of the Cotswolds we are looking for a Reception Manager of food and bar to join the team in preparation of the year coming up.

This could be the perfect role for a strong reception supervisor looking for their first Management position. Working 5 out of 7 days.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Delivering and impeccable level of customer service
  • Ensure the reception operates at our high, company and legal standards
  • Development of the team through support & coaching
  • Guest satisfaction / customer experience
  • T o lead, motivate & inspire the team

Qualifications / Experience:


  • We welcome applicants with previous management experience working in Hospitality, ideally within a large-scale hotel or food and beverage environment
  • You will have a proven track record of training, developing, building, and motivating a team
  • Ideally you will hold an NVQ/City and Guilds or equivalent level qualification in however; qualifications are not a requirement for joining our team
