Reception Manager - Swindon

Set in a beautiful scene on the edge of the Cotswolds we are looking for a Reception Manager of food and bar to join the team in preparation of the year coming up.
This could be the perfect role for a strong reception supervisor looking for their first Management position. Working 5 out of 7 days.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Delivering and impeccable level of customer service
- Ensure the reception operates at our high, company and legal standards
- Development of the team through support & coaching
- Guest satisfaction / customer experience
- T o lead, motivate & inspire the team
Qualifications / Experience:
- We welcome applicants with previous management experience working in Hospitality, ideally within a large-scale hotel or food and beverage environment
- You will have a proven track record of training, developing, building, and motivating a team
- Ideally you will hold an NVQ/City and Guilds or equivalent level qualification in however; qualifications are not a requirement for joining our team
