Facilities and Maintenance Manager

Fantastic opportunity has arisen for a facilities and maintenance manager to manage a world-class facility within the heart of Birmingham.
The site has a lot of high profile visitors and naturally, they want to give a great guest experience to all visitors and tenants.
The site FM team perform well and are delivering in house FM services for cleaning, security and maintenance, plus a few contractors for specialist systems.
You'll be required to manage the FM Supervisor and their teams on a day to day basis, allowing the Head of Facilities and Operations to focus on the strategy.
You will also be the contact point for dealing with any contractors on site, this will also involve, organising quotes and RAM's for work to proceed.
There is a particular focus on energy and sustainability and will require someone who has experience of managing projects as there will be some investment for energy projects to reduce the impact of rising energy costs.
We are looking for self-starters, who are motivated to do a great job and are service driven to delivering a fantastic service to their clients and internal stakeholders.
This role offers a salary of up to £40,000 dependent on experience and is a new and urgent role.
