Project Manager - Yorkshire
Overview
- Yorkshire based - the odd night away (North BU but have some sites across UK)
- £45k-£55k + car + 20% bonus
- Overseeing client relations, tender process involvement, project lifecycle from cradle to grave (tender, quotes analysis, cost to client, over see the project, ensure H&S, sign off of completion and handover)
- Project budget of £7m (increase from £4m over the last two year and aiming for an additional £7m in the next two years)
Knowledge
- Up to date knowledge of the construction market
Fully competent with Project Management methodology
Broad understanding of construction Health and Safety law and legislation
- Understanding of the difference between mark up and margin
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years proven Project Management experience in an M&E, FM ,construction or critical environment
Proven experience of running a P&L
- Demonstrable evidence of having managed a team
