The Company:

We are currently working with a leading name in facilities to appoint a Helpdesk Operator based in London. The perfect candidate will be hungry to develop and will bring a good amount of experience in a facilities environment. It is a temporary position for 3 months but this could be longer. They are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and pick up the concept system quickly.
The Role:
The purpose of the helpdesk operator will be to provide helpdesk support for the in-house team, ensuring a high standard of service is always provided whilst promoting and maintaining excellent relationships with the team, the client stakeholders, and the suppliers.
Some key objectives of the help desk role are as follows:
- A good understanding of concept CAFM systems.
- Facilitate the end-to-end process of all maintenance queries, from ticket received to job completion, and close on the company’s CAFM platform in line with company service level agreements
- Using the maintenance PSL, identify and assign appropriate contractors and external vendors to maintenance jobs, while continuously monitoring their performance and quality of service.
- Speaking to clients and tenants over the phone and via email offering high-end customer support.
