Head of Sustainability
We have an exciting and rare opportunity for a Head of Suitability to join a healthcare organisation on a national role covering contracts throughout the UK.

Duties and Responsibilities
- To lead and manage the delivery of our clients Green Plan delivering internal & external activities, providing regular updates and reviews against the baseline Green Plan.
- Lead the development of operational policy with underpinning governance
- Work closely and collaboratively with Customers including the emerging Integrated Care System's (ICS) and LiftCo's to deliver on the Zero Carbon Estate.
- Analyse and report on a wide range of sustainability information and seek further opportunities both internally and externally to the organisation for driving and embedding the sustainability agenda.
- Responsible for the development, implementation, and performance against Key Performance Indicators, to ensure appropriate progress against the
- Green Plan
Candidate /Role Requirements
- Extensive practical experience of managing sustainability projects within a large organisation
- Experience of environmental legislation and sustainability
- Degree or equivalent specialist knowledge and experience (e.g., environmental policy/ sustainability)
- Environmental Qualification e.g., NEBOSH, IEMA,
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate people across the organisation to deliver common aims and targets.
- Experience of preparing business plans, grant applications, strategies, or other similar documents.
