Engineering Supervisor

Central London

Monday - Friday, 08:00-17:00

Up to £45,000.00

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Engineering Supervisor to join one of the UK's largest FM companies covering a prestigious site based in Central London. The successful Engineering Supervisor will manage a small team of engineers across 5 floors for a contract with a worth of £250,000.00.

Job Responsibilities:


  • Overseeing and arranging of all electrical related tasks on the site
  • Attend weekly/monthly client meetings
  • Ensure compliance paperwork and on-site requirements are met.
  • Stepping in for the M&E Manager in their absence and sharing the workload of the site
  • Ensuring all your allocated activities are completed to cost, timescales and appropriate quality standards as required.
  • Arrangement of RAMS
  • Managing the day to day schedules of the engineers
  • Writing of PPM schedules
  • Overseeing small works projects and liaising with specialist contractors
  • Managing the client accordingly and keeping them up to date with site developments

Qualifications / Experience:


  • 18th Edition (desirable) 17th edition considered
  • C&G 2391 Testing and Inspection (Desirable)
  • C&G or NVQ level 2 and 3 in Electrical Installation
  • Good all round M&E knowledge
  • Knowledge of FCUs
  • Previous experience in dealing with clients on a day-to-day basis
  • The ability to take ownership of a site and manage workloads
