Interim General Asset Manager
We have an immediate interim vacancy for a General Asset Manager to deliver the compliance of a PFI Project Agreement and Project finance documents on behalf of the Project Company.
- Location:Staffordshire
- Salary: £70,000 - £75,000
- PFI Healthcare
- Facilities Management PFI
This is an immediate Interim role for 3 - 6 months which could go permanent
Duties include:
- Responsible for the Facilities contract for overall performance and contract compliance
- Management of life-cycle and variations.
- Asset management of building services
- H&S and quality inspections
- Asset reporting function, renewal, and enhanced maintenance strategies
- Ensure all activities are delivered within agreed budgets.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Good knowledge of operational and management of PFI Facilities management
- Healthcare environment either hospital or NHS environment
- Experienced with Asset Management
- Degree level qualification in a construction or FM discipline
- Health and Safety Regulations knowledge and understanding
- Excellent client relationship experience
- Experience within healthcare projects (advantage)
- Compliance experience
- Highly organised and customer focused
- Able to work effectively in highly pressured environments
