Interim General Asset Manager 

We have an immediate interim vacancy for a General  Asset Manager to   deliver the compliance of a PFI  Project Agreement and Project finance documents  on behalf of the Project Company.


  • Location:Staffordshire
  • Salary: £70,000 - £75,000
  • PFI Healthcare 
  • Facilities Management PFI

This is an immediate Interim role for 3 - 6 months which could  go permanent 

Duties include:


  • Responsible for the  Facilities contract for overall performance and contract compliance
  •  Management of life-cycle and variations.
  • Asset management of building services
  • H&S and quality inspections
  • Asset reporting function, renewal, and enhanced maintenance strategies
  • Ensure all activities are delivered within agreed budgets.

Qualifications/Requirements


  • Good knowledge of operational and management of PFI Facilities management
  • Healthcare environment either hospital or NHS environment 
  • Experienced with Asset Management
  • Degree level qualification in a construction or FM discipline
  • Health and Safety Regulations knowledge and understanding
  • Excellent client relationship experience
  • Experience within healthcare projects (advantage)
  • Compliance experience
  • Highly organised and customer focused
  • Able to work effectively in highly pressured environments
