Internal Communications Manager
London / Home based
£550pd - INSIDE IR35
Prior experience in driving not just communications but principles into all aspects of a company? Capable of change, communications and delivery in a multi layered FTSE 100 business?
This is a key project to coordinate and oversee a company wide set of communications that will underpin all commercial decision making within the business. You will need solid experience of coordination and overseeing delivery of said principles, quality assurance of content for clarity, knowledge of how to effectively use intranets to relay messages, working with comms and the learning and development team to get the principles out.
You will need to be a self starter, good project management skills with the ability to establish relationships quickly and influence stakeholders. Policy creation and embedding is what you do day to day.
There is a flexible working setup from home or the client office in London.
