A large Healthcare organisation is looking to appoint an Emergency Preparedness, Resilience and Response (EPRR) Lead on an interim basis for 3 + months.
The post will be working in London with majority of the work having on-site presence for credible visibility, with some potential of remote working.
Developing and maintaining the organisations Emergency Planning, Resilience and Response (EPRR) programme and assisting with the implantation of the EPRR strategy and policies.

Developing and maintaining the organisations Emergency Planning, Resilience and Response (EPRR) programme and assisting with the implantation of the EPRR strategy and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting all business activities necessary to enable the organisation to manage a disruptive incident;
- Assisting the organisation as a whole to anticipate, respond to and recover successfully from disruptive events;
- Supporting the Director of Governance in aligning all EPRR policy, planning, initiatives and goals with organisational goals;
- Identify and making recommendations for change and adaptation to meet the needs of the business;
- Write and maintain relevant corporate policy documents relating to EPRR;
- Ensure that the organisation has an effective training and exercising programme in place,
- Identify and make recommendations for solutions to obstacles and business challenges;
- Work with partners to develop and maintain effective EPRR arrangements:
- Develop and facilitate training and exercising programme for EPRR.
The successful candidate shall:
- Preferably hold a relevant qualification;
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and standards and how it applies to a healthcare setting;
- Significant experience managing business continuity within an organisation;
- Understanding of risk management.
