Role details:
• All delivery of building/technical services for the sites including planned and reactive maintenance
• Overseeing all capital works projects from inception to completion including installations and refurbishments
• Management of on-site teams and sub-contractors
• Budget management for the account in excess of 4m per year
• Interpreting all MI data from Maximo
• Building key stakeholder relationships throughout the sites
• Delivering energy saving initiatives
Requirements:
You will have a proven track record in delivering technical/building services within the private sector and a minimum of HNC in an Engineering discipline is essential for the role. IOSH/NEBOSH is also important for the role as is good knowledge of building senior relationships and the ability to work in central London.
