Role details:
• Managing hard and soft FM services for the site
• Overseeing budget and p+l for the account
• Leading a diverse on site team including recruitment and development
• Ensuring that all SLA's are met for the contract
• Day to day management of compliance and risk for the site
• Procurement and overseeing sub-contractors
• Ensuring a best practise culture and working towards organic growth of the account
Requirements:
You will have a proven track record in TFM delivery ideally within a blue chip environment. IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications are preferred for the role and strong leadership skills coupled with commercial acumen is also important for the role.
