Estates Officer - Mechanical
Rate: £16.04 - £19.38 per hour
Duration: On-going
Location: London
Build Recruitment are working with a London based NHS Foundation Trust to source an Interim Estates Officer - Mechanical.
Reporting to the Head of Estates, this is a supervisory role responsible for a small in-house team of engineers.
Along with Trust-wide PPMs and Maintenance schedules, you will oversee the engineers responsible for the maintenance, repairs, calibration and fault finding on a wide range of mechanical engineering plant and equipment.
Other responsibilities will include maintenance to Low Pressure Hot Water Systems, Steam Raising Plant and associated equipment, Cold Water Systems, Plumbing Systems, Steam Sterilizers, Medical Gas Pipe Systems and Washer Disinfectors.
This is a great opportunity to come off the tools and lead / mentor an established small team.
Experience of working within an NHS Trust is essential, as is the ability to motivate and lead a small team.
