Facilities Coordinator 

Grade C (£25,417 to £29,902 per annum) + London weighting of £3,285 per annum if applicable

Location:
This role will be based from our London hub (although we are currently home based due to Covid-19 restrictions) Once it is safe to do so, you will be expected to travel frequently to our hubs in Bradford and Birmingham.

Working as part of UnLtd’s Central Services Team, the Facilities Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring that all UnLtd staff (including remote workers) are provided with safe, secure, environmentally sustainable and fit for purpose working environments to enable UnLtd to deliver its mission.

  • Experience in a facilities support role working in a multi-site office environment.
  • Experience in implementing Covid-19 return to work plans or disaster recovery planning
Experience of defining business requirements and managing and delivering organisation-wide facilities projects. Experience in coordinating internal office moves and relocations.Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to work collaboratively and flexibly and communicate with people at all levels. Confidence with numbers and the concept of budgets and control.
