This leading FM provider are looking for an experienced FM coordinator to work on a large site within the utilities sector based in Kent. Reporting to the site lead, the day to day duties will include;
Role details:
• Coordination of small projects on site ranging from m+e and building projects
• Management of sub contractors and ensuring they are signed up to SSoWs
• Scheduling of site visits and all relevant visitor documentation
• Ensure that all HSEQ regulation is adhered to including RAMS, risk assessment and other work control documentation
• Agreeing basic scopes of work with sub contractors
• Ensuring all works are completed within set timescales
• Working with the finance function regarding supplier payments and timescales
Requirements:
You will have experience of working within a coordinator role in the FM/built environment sector and knowledge of using a CAFM or CEMAR system is important for the role. Good HSE understanding is essential and IOSH or NEBOSH qualification is a pre-requisite. Knowledge of managing sub contractors and ability to analyse data is also important for the role.
