Quality Environmental Health & Safety Advisor
Dublin

Our client is one of the leading Facility Service providers in Ireland, providing world class services to their customers through a team of quality employees. The Quality Environmental Health & Safety Advisor will report to the QEHS Director and will be responsible for the delivery of health and safety, fire safety, environmental management and incident management throughout the business.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring GMP-compliance towards Customer and business quality standards
- Implement annual global quality plan in customer activities as relevant.
- Develop audit plan and Perform audit of 3rd parties and follow up where necessary
- Prepare and host authority inspections of operations and the national PQMS.
- Risk assessment of organization, plan, perform and report on Internal Audits
- Get customer approval of audit reports including classification of observations
- Establish CAPA plan and follow up on audits of National operations.
- Manage hazard and occurrence reports and lead/ support investigations.
- Manage the Occupational Health, Safety, Environment and Facilities team allocating responsibilities as appropriate.
- Carry out reasonable ad-hoc assignments as required by customer.
Person
- At least three years’ relevant work experience and experience in a similar role
- EHS Qualification required
- Excellent knowledge of Irish HSEQ legislation
- Strong interpersonal skills, incl. verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience of working within pharmaceutical environment an advantage
- Ability to be proactive, use own initiative and work effectively within a pressurized environment
