Our client is looking for a dynamic, organised individual to underpin the management team within the Operations Department.
This role is focussed on providing Building Project Management support to the Facilities Manager in the successful end to end planning and delivery of a broad range of exciting and varied special projects.
Role
- We are looking for someone with both Projects & FM experience.
- Will be responsible for visiting potential sites, reviewing historical data to identify risks / issues based on any design & build restrictions
- Daily administration of; Project Schedules, Gantt Charts, Budgets & Meeting Minutes.
- Building trusting and strong working relationships with venue stakeholders, contractors and the wider team.
- Provide weekly status updates to Facilities Manager & Operations Manager
- Management of contractor relationships, onsite performance & service delivery.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.
- Manage a small team
Knowledge and Experience
- Minimum 3 years Project experience.
- Excellent project management skills.
- People management skills.
- Time management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Clear strength in Financial Management
