Role details:
TFM delivery of a large portfolio of sites across the UK
• Leading hard and soft services including m+e, catering and other soft services
• Budget management in excess of c10m + variable projects
• Leading an operational team both direct and sub contracted
• Overall accountability of the account including all service level targets and strategic planning
• Delivering all compliance and quality assurance for the account
• Undertaking capex projects across the portfolio
• Developing the account and process improvement
Requirements:
Previous account leadership of a TFM account is important for the role and knowledge of managing multiple site portfolios is essential for the role. Previous budget management of 10m+ is also important as is experience of managing senior stakeholder relationships.
