- Management of subcontractors for hard and soft services
- Ensure that service lines are delivered to SLA’s
- Arrange labour management for PPM schedule
- Management of all on site HSE information relating to sub-contractors
- Compile quotes for additional works for the contract
- Ordering of equipment for the site
- Preparation of monthly reports
- Work with the Facilities Manager on ad hoc projects
- Update CAFM system
Previous experience as an FM coordinator is essential for the role and experience of computerised CAFM systems would be an advantage. Knowledge of managing sub contractors would also be desirable for the role.
