Role details:
- TFM service delivery across the sites
- Manage all HSE matters including training and auditing
- Oversee all KPI’s for the region
- Lead FM team across the South
- All budget management including regular reporting for the area
- Maintain key site contacts for each sites including conducting regular meetings
- Undertake additional project works where required
- Ensure business continuity for the sites
Requirements:
Previous experience of managing multiple site portfolios is essential as is knowledge of leading a remote team. Strong HSE experience including IOSH/NEOSH is important for the role as is the ability to travel across the South of England.
