- Respond quickly to faults to avoid disruption to visitors and exhibitions
- Ensure all work complies with health & safety and statutory regulations
- Maintain accurate logbooks and compliance records
- Work closely with site management and specialist contractors when required
Essential:
- Recognised electrical qualification (NVQ / C&G Level 3 or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Experience within commercial or high-end environments
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- A professional approach and good communication skills
- Experience working in galleries, museums, or heritage buildings
- Familiarity with specialist lighting systems or controls
- Basic multi-skilled knowledge (mechanical support)
