Handyman / Allround Maintenance Worker
Location: Oslo, Norway
Salary: 325,000 – 430,000 NOK per annum

This is a practical, mobile maintenance role for someone who enjoys fixing, repairing, and maintaining buildings to a high standard. You'll be the go-to person for day-to-day maintenance, ensuring sites remain safe, functional, and well-presented.
About the Role
- Carry out general building repairs and day-to-day maintenance across retail sites.
- Complete planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance tasks.
- Handle basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repair work.
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and resolve them quickly and safely.
- Work closely with store teams and external contractors when required.
- Keep maintenance records up to date and ensure health & safety standards are followed.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in a handyman, maintenance, or facilities role.
- Multi-skilled with experience across general building maintenance.
- Practical, reliable, and confident working independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
- Fluent Norwegian is preferred
- A valid driving licence is essential.
