The Role: Centre Manager

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 DOE

We are seeking a commercially astute Centre Manager to take full ownership of day-to-day operations at a flagship London site. This is a high-visibility role for someone who treats members as guests, holds service standards in the highest regard, and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

All About You:

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a senior operations or management role within luxury hospitality, premium hotels, or high-end serviced offices, combined with strong commercial acumen and P&L or budget management responsibility. You will have a demonstrable track record of driving occupancy, retention, and revenue growth, alongside exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that enable you to build strong relationships at all levels. A genuine passion for delivering five-star service and creating outstanding member experiences is essential. Familiarity with health, safety, and compliance regulations in commercial property, together with a history of leading teams through periods of growth or transformation, will set you apart. You will be commercially driven with a results-oriented mindset, calm under pressure with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and highly organised with a detail-focused approach to prioritising effectively. A natural leader who inspires teams and leads by example, you will be passionate about sustainability, design, and creating inspiring work environments that elevate the member experience.

You will be responsible for delivering a seamless, five-star member journey from first enquiry through to daily operations, retention, and community engagement. The ideal candidate will bring a hotel or luxury hospitality background, with a proven ability to lead teams, drive revenue, and create memorable experiences that keep members engaged and loyal.
