Location: Maryland

Salary: $92,000–$127,000 + Bonus & Benefits

Love building relationships, closing deals, and leading a team to success? We're partnering with an exciting hospitality destination in Maryland to find a Director of Sales who can bring fresh ideas, big energy, and a passion for driving business.

If you thrive on winning new clients, growing key accounts, and getting out into the market, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

What You'll Do


  • Take the lead on the hotel's sales strategy, driving new business and growing existing accounts.
  • Inspire and develop a high-performing sales team that loves hitting (and beating) targets.
  • Build strong relationships with corporate clients, group business, community partners, and industry contacts.
  • Create exciting sales initiatives that increase occupancy, revenue, and market share.
  • Keep a close eye on market trends and the competition to stay one step ahead.
  • Work closely with hotel leadership to deliver an exceptional guest experience from booking to check-out.
  • Represent the hotel at networking events, client meetings, trade shows, and property tours.

  • You're an experienced hotel sales leader who knows how to turn opportunities into results.
  • You're just as comfortable building new business as you are strengthening long-term client relationships.
  • You love leading people, celebrating wins, and creating a positive team culture.
  • You're commercially savvy, highly motivated, and always thinking about what's next.
  • You understand the hospitality industry and know what it takes to grow revenue in a competitive market.
  • You're outgoing, confident, and enjoy being the face of the business.
