We are working on a key role within a high-profile infrastructure contract, supporting the commercial and operational performance of a complex facilities management (FM) contract environment.
This position would suit someone currently in a contract support, FM coordination, or commercial support role within facilities management or a service-led environment, who is looking to step into a more commercially focused position with greater exposure and responsibility.
You will play a key role in supporting contract performance, governance, and compliance, working closely with senior stakeholders across commercial, finance, and operational teams within a facilities management setting.
The role
- Supporting contract performance and commercial governance across a large, complex FM contract
- Monitoring facilities management (FM) KPIs and service delivery against contractual standards
- Managing key contract documentation, trackers, and commercial records
- Supporting reporting, dashboards, and senior stakeholder briefings
- Contributing to audits, compliance activities, and performance improvement actions
- Assisting with commercial processes including variations, payments, and supplier engagement
- Working closely with FM operations, finance, and wider stakeholder teams
About you
- Background in facilities management (FM), contract support, or commercial support within a service-led environment
- Experience working with contracts, KPIs, or service performance within FM or outsourced services
- Comfortable reviewing and interpreting contractual terms
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders
- Experience within PFI, infrastructure, outsourced services, or complex contract environments would be beneficial
