Key Responsibilities Electrical Maintenance & Compliance
- Deliver PPM activities to maximise system reliability and asset performance
- Carry out fault finding, testing, and repairs on electrical systems
- Perform emergency lighting tests and fire alarm checks
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and site procedures
- Maintain and support FCUs, AHUs, and HVAC systems
- Assist with general building services maintenance
- Respond efficiently to reactive maintenance tasks
- Support and supervise engineers where required
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Promote a strong Health & Safety (HSEQ) culture
- Engage with clients and stakeholders, delivering excellent service
- City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Electrical Installation or Engineering
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)
- Experience in facilities management or building services environments
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and maintenance practices
- Proven fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience supervising or leading a small engineering team
- Knowledge of HVAC systems (AHU, FCU, building services plant)
- Experience in client-facing roles within FM environments
- Strong technical and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and within a team
