Key Responsibilities Team Collaboration
- Promote a positive, team-focused culture
- Support training, mentoring, and knowledge sharing
- Work collaboratively with engineers and site teams to deliver service excellence
- Deliver engineering services in line with contractual KPIs and SLAs
- Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs
- Maintain systems in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Support emergency response and incident management processes
- Ensure minimal disruption to client operations and workplace activity
- Follow all Health & Safety (HSEQ) procedures and Safe Systems of Work
- Support implementation of risk management and safety practices
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reliability, and service delivery
- Support initiatives to enhance technical performance and operational standards
- City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in facilities management, building services, or critical environments
- Strong understanding of M&E systems and maintenance practices
- Experience using BMS and digital monitoring/control systems
- Good IT skills and ability to use CAFM or maintenance systems
- HV/LV Authorised Person (AP15) – training/refresher available
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) or mechanical equivalent
- HNC / HND in Engineering
- Confined Space / Pressure Systems Authorised Person
- IOSH Health & Safety certification
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
