  • Mentor and support technicians and apprentices, fostering a high-performance, safety-focused culture
  • Complete role-specific training aligned with the training matrix and promote ongoing professional development
Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental (QHSE)
  • Champion QHSE standards through hazard reporting, near-miss investigations, and toolbox talks
  • Promote a proactive, safety-first culture across all site activities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
  • Lead by example in maintaining safe systems of work and operational discipline
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience within a data centre, critical environment, or supervisory role in Facilities Management

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
  • Competent IT skills, including CAFM or maintenance management systems and standard business software
  • Calm, decisive, and resilient under pressure, particularly during critical incidents
  • Flexible approach to work, including training attendance and occasional overnight stays
