Hours: 40 Hours per week (Monday to Friday)

- Maintain and fault-find on power distribution, lighting, emergency lighting, and control systems
- Support mechanical plant including HVAC systems, pumps, motors, and basic plumbing tasks
- Respond to faults quickly, ensuring minimal disruption to building occupants
- Monitor plant performance and take a proactive approach to maintenance
- Ensure all work complies with health & safety regulations and statutory requirements
- Maintain accurate records, including logbooks and compliance documentation
- Liaise with subcontractors and other service teams where required

Essential:
- Recognised Electrical or Mechanical qualification (NVQ / C&G Level 3 or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Experience working within commercial or corporate environments
- Basic mechanical knowledge (HVAC, pumps, general building services)
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability
- Good communication skills and a professional approach
- Experience in a multi-skilled FM role
- Familiarity with BMS systems
- Previous experience in large corporate or commercial buildings
